Delivery
DELIVERY RATE
D’SOL offers complimentary standard courier delivery for all purchases above S$300 to a single address within mainland Singapore. For purchases below S$300, a delivery fee will apply based on the size and weight of each item, which will be reflected at checkout.
The exception to the delivery fees as described above are as follows:
1. Deliveries involving bulky items that require labor for stairways will incur an additional charge of SGD$20 per flight of stairs.
2. We reserve the right to replace your order or offer a refund if space constraints prevent us from delivering your purchase.
3. Surcharge may apply for deliveries to certain locations such as Jurong Island; we will contact you separately regarding this.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery period for each item is specified in the product details. Generally, items in stock can be delivered within 7 working days. For items available only by indent, delivery may take up to 3 months. We will contact you via the provided contact number or email address to arrange a delivery date and time once your product is ready. Private condominium residents should consult with management prior to scheduling delivery.
If you purchase multiple items with different delivery periods, we will coordinate with you for either multiple deliveries or a single delivery once all items are ready.
We reserve the right to reschedule delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays in shipment, clearance, or production breakdowns. We will notify you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
During holiday seasons and peak periods (October to January), expect delivery delays of two weeks or more due to increased volumes.
Once confirmed, please avoid changing your delivery date and time. If you’re unable to receive the delivery, you may appoint a substitute. Contact us at sales66@d-soldeco.com with your order details for assistance.
Important Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If we are unable to deliver your purchase, a $100 delivery charge will apply for rescheduling. Alternatively, you may pick up your purchase from our showroom within 7 working days.
ON DELIVERY
Inspect your purchase upon delivery; contact us within 7 days for damaged or faulty items. Refer to our Refunds Policy for more details.
DELIVERY AS-IS
Products will not be replaced due to:
1. Natural variations in wood grain, veneer figure, or colour.
2. Evidence of wood characteristics with light finishes.
3. Finish variations across furniture pieces.
4. Changes in finish due to light exposure or aging.
5. Surface damage from rubber, sharp objects, or sunlight.
6. Minor scratches that do not affect product function.
