1. Information About Us

1.1 D’SOL PTE LTD operates dsol.com.sg. We are registered in Singapore under Business Registration Number (UEN) 201537796M, with our registered office at:

2. Service Availability

2.1 Our website is intended for use by individuals, businesses, and companies residing in Singapore (“the Serviced Country”). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.


3. Your Status

3.1 By placing an order through our website or over the telephone, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are a resident of the Serviced Country.

4. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

4.1 After placing an online order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a Product from us. All telephone and online orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance either during our telephone conversation or by email. The contract between us (“the Contract”) will only be formed when we deliver the items to you.

4.2 Depending on stock availability, ordered items may be replaced with alternatives, subject to verbal or written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will offer you the option to cancel the order. If payment has been made, you will receive a refund.

4.3 Online orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

4.4 You are required to make full payment by the selected payment method during checkout.

4.5 Each batch of goods may vary due to manufacturing constraints. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it to us within 3 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition (excluding pre-order products). Please refer to our refund policy under “Return & Refunds Policy.”


5. Our Status

5.1 We may provide links on our website to other companies’ websites, whether affiliated with us or not. We do not guarantee the quality of products purchased from linked websites.


6. Price and Payment

6.1 Product prices quoted on our website are subject to change without notice.

6.2 Despite our best efforts, some listed product prices may be incorrect due to human error. We reserve the right to correct such errors before dispatching products to you.

6.3 We are not obligated to sell products at incorrect (lower) prices displayed on our site. In such cases, we will contact you for instructions or reject your order and notify you accordingly.


7. Our Refunds Policy

7.1 When you return a product to us (e.g., due to contract cancellation, defective product, or dissatisfaction), we will examine the returned item. Upon satisfactory inspection, we will replace the item (if defective) or issue a refund using the original payment method.

7.2 Products returned due to defects or within the seven-day cooling-off period will be refunded after deducting delivery costs.

7.3 Any claims of quantity shortfall must be notified within 2 days of delivery; otherwise, we will not be liable for such claims.

7.4 Return transportation costs are your responsibility.


8. Our Liability

8.1 We guarantee that all products purchased through our website are of satisfactory quality.

8.2 Our liability for any product purchased through our site is limited to the purchase price of that product.

8.3 Unless otherwise stated, product warranties are covered by the respective brand owners.


9. Notices

9.1 All notices from you to us must be sent to D’SOL at our main or branch office addresses. We may send notices to you via email or postal address provided during order placement.


10. Events Outside Our Control

10.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a Contract due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure Event).

10.2 A Force Majeure Event includes but is not limited to: strikes, civil commotion, natural disasters, government regulations, and transportation disruptions.


11. Waiver

11.1 Our failure to enforce any contractual obligations or rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies.

11.2 Any waiver of rights or remedies must be communicated to you in writing to be effective.


12. Severability

12.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.


13. Entire Agreement

13.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreements.

13.2 Neither party has relied on any representations or promises not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.


14. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions

14.1 We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

14.2 You will be subject to the most recent Policies and Terms and Conditions at the time of product purchase, unless changes are required by law or governmental authority.


15. Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 Contracts for product purchases through our site are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes arising from such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
